7 Thou will not take the name of the I AM thy God in vain; for the I AM will not hold him guiltless (forgive) that takes His name in vain.

Deuteronomy 5:11 Thou shalt not take the name of the Lord thy God in vain: for the Lord will not hold him guiltless that takes His name in vain.

Commandment 3

Some sins really are worse than others. Think about it; is stealing a grape from the grocery store really same as what Hitler did? No, of course not.

2857 recorded steps yesterday.

On schedule for the week:

  • Driving Lessons
  • Mount Never Rest (laundry)
  • The rest of the Weekly Home blessing (did floors and some dusting yesterday)
  • Start working in the yard and garden
  • List some more books with eBay and mail what sells this week.
  • List stuff with Craigslist.
  • Decide on events for both the church and my business.  (:-) found some Facebook pages that will help this! May have one lined up for June 9)
  • Pull music for worship service
  • Make salve
  • Get oldest son's phone company changed.
  • Pick up some chicks. (the "cluck, cluck" kind. All of our current ones lay brown eggs. The ducks lay white ones. So, I want some "Easter eggers," green-egg-layers. We have had some before, and the eggs are naturally green shelled.)

"The reality is, all our meals are eaten here, at this house, in this kitchen, at this table. Every crumb falls on my floor. Every dish goes in my sink. There is no janitor or cafeteria-crew. All the books, papers, craft supplies, science experiments, sports gear, shoes, coats, art materials, musical instruments … all of it is contained in my house. The same one where I live. The same one I clean."
I have read many a working mom saying "I do all those things the stay at home mom does AND hold down a job!"

No. No you don't. You send them off to someone else to supervise. Some one else who has a janitor to clean up after them.

A stay at home mom, especially a homeschooling one, not only does the teaching and supervising (babysitting), but all the janitorial work. Heck, the working mom even usually has a janitor to clean up after HER for the mess of the majority of her waking hours.

So, yeah, don't even go there.

Why did you have so many children?

For my Daily routines, see the sidebar.

How about you? What's on your list today?

Do you use a feather duster? Do you like it?

Have a great day!

Thank you so much for commenting! I love to talk to my readers.

I do ask that there be no anonymous commenters, though. If I am brave enough to put my name on this blog, you should be too:-)

Please keep it civil. Remember we are all human and make mistakes, and that since we can't see each other's faces or hear each other's tone of voice, it is very hard to get the emotion in what we are saying each other. Use lots of emoticons! :-) And show grace and love to each other.
