This is a difficult blog to write. I have some people I care about a great deal who have chosen this lifestyle. (Yes, I said “chosen.”)


However, I believe God wants this written, so here goes.


Homosexuality is now accepted in our country as something no one has the choice over. It is supposedly all about “love.” This is simply not the truth.


“The Myth of the Gay Gene”- Yes, it is a myth. There is NO SUCH THING. This idea is based on three studies, none of which are scientifically sound in the least. The most scientific of the three studied 35 men. (You must have 1500 to have totally reliable statistics. The closer you are to that number, the more correct your answers are likely to be.) Some of these were gay and had a different brain structure than the others. But wait a minute… of those who were “straight” several died of AIDS. It is very difficult to contract this disease unless you are 1) a drug user (which the men were not), 2) a woman having sex with a positive man, or 3) a gay man. This study was done in San Francisco. It is obvious that those “straight” men who died of AIDS and had “normal” brains simply lied about their lifestyle choice.


Even if the study were true, it only would have proven that gay men’s brains were different. It did nothing to prove cause and effect. A study that came out the same day as the one I am discussing proved that psychotherapy changes the structure of the human brain. In other words JUST TALKING changed the brain! IF gay brains are different (which is iffey at best) it is likely because they choose a gay lifestyle. It is the affect not the cause.http://www.narth.com/docs/mythgene.html

Let’s just suppose that there was a gay gene, though, just for arguments sake. What does that mean?


Where does alcoholism come from? It is commonly believed that the tendency to alcoholism is inherited. Does this excuse an alcoholic? Make it ok for him to drink? No. Of course not. He is still responsible for his own behavior.


What about someone who is sexually attracted to children? Or violence such as rape? Should society allow them to live as they “were born to?”


The fact is that we are ALL genetically programmed to sin. We like sin. It feels natural to us all. No one is dragged into sin. Some of us have a genetic/ environmental/ cultural tendency to lie, some to steal, some to cheat, some to be self-righteous, some to be gay. It is normal and natural for us. This is called “Adam’s nature.” Does this mean we all are going to hell?


Yes.

Heaven is a gift to each and everyone of us. A special gift from God.

But

What good would it do you if I put a million dollars into a box, wrapped it up and set it on your doorstep? Not any good at all.

For it to profit you, for you to use the gift, you must pick the box up and open it. You must receive it.

It is the same for salvation. You must accept Christ as you Boss in order to receive the gift of heaven. The gift is there, waiting for you, but you must receive it.

The Bible says:

Don’t let anything be more important than God.

Do not steal.

Do not envy.

Do not murder.

Do not engage in drug use or witchcraft.

All liars go to hell.

Do not be a hypocrite.

Do not have sex with people you are not married to.

Sex was designed to produce children and draw a married couple closer together. That it is fun is the wonderful side affect.

Marriage was designed to produce godly children and to reflect the relationship between God and the church.

Homosexuality is sterile. It cannot produce children (anyone who understands genetics knows this proves it is not genetic in and of itself), much less godly children.

Homosexuality does not reflect God’s relationship with the church. God is the husband and the church is the wife. The church does not just need another church, nor will another God do for God. In order to reflect God’s purpose, marriage MUST have one biological male and one biological female. Anything else is a mockery.

Now, gays, like all sinners, can repent. They can turn around from their sin. Due to damage done by this sinful world, they might not be able to become “straight” (some ex-gays can, some can’t), but they can stop living a sinful lifestyle. We all need God’s help to live a righteous life. None of us is strong enough by ourselves. But God is there for EVERYONE! God loves each one of us and wants each of us to be with Him in heaven. Sin can not exist in the presence of God and sinners can not go to heaven. But Jesus’ blood washes our sin away…If we will let Him.

Advise to all Christians

I have looked at many, many Bible teaching curriculums and commentaries and books explaining parts of the Bible. I have found one resource that is exceptional. I believe EVERY Christian should read it from cover to cover three times before they read one commentary or even listen to one radio program or watch one TV program about the Bible. I believe they should then reread this resource EVREY YEAR there after for the rest of their lives. This resource is THAT good at helping you understand the Bible.

If you are reading this, you have no excuses not to read your Bible. Your literacy level is high enough and you have access to the Internet, which has several copies of the Bible available fore free. And you obviously have some free time (or you wouldn’t have time to read this:-).

So go get a Bible, sit down, and READ IT!

Face it, in today’s world we expect homemakers to be stupid and/or lazy. “I can’t stay home. What would I ever do with my time? I have to be doing something.” (Can I insert an offended growl here?) The truth is that homemakers are busy, intelligent women. I find, in fact, that the women I know who work are the ones who don’t use their brains. They are too tired and frustrated.

I have an article on staying home about ready to post, but in the mean time, I thought you might enjoy reading my typical, stay at home mom schedule.

4:30 am Wake up and fix hubby’s breakfast and lunch. He says I don’t have to (cause he’s a sweetie that way), but I enjoy taking care of him and saying I love you this way first thing in the day. He works hard to care for us and I appreciate it.

5:00 Read my Bible and plan my day.

5:30 Fire up the laptop to do my writing. I am currently reworking some old articles I am transferring to my new website, writing a commentary on the Bible, writing a book on prophecy with my father, editing my book on health and my brother’s commentary on the book of Galatians. ( I will return to spinning wool, sewing and practicing my music as soon as I get the milking fast enough to allow time.)

6:30 Time to milk the cow. This includes washing buckets, bundling up, feeding said cow, washing her and grooming her, and the actual milking. I do one side and my 17yo does the other. We are getting faster!

7:00 ish Come in and process the milk (strain and bottle, skim the cream from last nights milking, make butter and start yogurt or cheese, plus washing up) as well as supervise some chores.

8:00 Eat breakfast (prepared by my 14yo).

8:30 Dress, clean house, do the printing for school.

9:30 Start school. This will entail Bible, Poetry, Sign Language, weather journals, foreign language and a music unit study. I am teaching all eight of my children, ages 1-17.

10:45 Break time (bathroom, phone calls, snack, and laundry, what ever needs to be done)

11:00 Spelling, prefix study, Science and History

11:45 Alphabet Island phonics program and second grade grammar. (I throw in some preschool songs here)

12:30 Lunch and emails

1:30 (ok closer to 1:45) I correct everyone’s work, teach what needs to be taught per child and give assignments for tomorrow.

3:00 Nap time, though most days now I work on transferring web sites to a new host.

4:30 Time to milk again. I give supper instructions (such as “peel potatoes”) on the way out.

5:00 Process milk, clean house, start supper, vacuum.

6:00 Welcome hubby and eat supper.

6:30 I read the paper and talk to hubby.

7:00 Clean up, read to the children starting with a baby book and ending with Lord of the Rings, the Bible, and singing a Hymn and prayer.

8:00 tuck everyone in. Go to bed and study to be a midwife and herbalist (unless I have a children’s book cover in need of coloring)

9:00 Lights out.


There you have it: a typical, lazy, stupid, homemaker’s day. I write books, play music, run web sites, teach children, cook from scratch, sew, spin and milk a cow. Yep, I sure am lazy

Health care

The primary goal of all businesses is survival. In most cases this produces the most compassionate system; Wal-mart survives because they meet the need of supplying cheap products. Everyone is happy.

What would happen if Wal-mart got a law passed that outlawed all other stores? Would their prices stay so low? No, of course not. If they were the only choice of places to buy food and clothes, they could charge anything they wanted to. Human greed would dictate that to be very high.

Certain rich men of the 1800’s wanted to be richer. Many of them became rich by providing the best service and products at the best prices (Ford). Others, however, became rich by getting rid of the competition (i.e. Rockefeller tried to buy out all other petroleum, coal and pharmaceutical companies.) Pharmaceutical companies recognized their biggest competition to be natural healing methods (herbs, nutrition, elimination of toxins in the environment, chiropractic). They couldn’t buy out all the herb companies because most herbs can be grown in the backyard, or even collected from the wild (i.e. dandelion, the weed in every lawn in the US is a potent detoxifier, diuretic, blood sugar regulator, and vitamin pack. The same with other natural health remedies). Nearly every homemaker had at least a minimal knowledge of these natural remedies. You can’t buy them out. Pharmaceutical remedies are by nature more expensive. What with all the testing required and everything, they simply can’t beat the cost of natural remedies. (For goodness sakes, you may have a dandelion growing in your yard right this minute!)

So if you have a business and you can’t produce a cheaper nor better product than your competition, how do you make a profit? Your only course of action is to somehow get the competition eliminated. This is what the Pharmaceuticals have done. They began with a massive propaganda campaign in the early 1900’s to discredit everything but their products (A note: Pharmaceuticals do produce many products that honestly are better than anything else out there, they just want to control the whole market, not just what they are best at.) Then they paid for a commission to inspect and grade every medical school in this country, supposedly to see if they were teaching truth or quackery. However, they defined “quackery” as “using natural methods instead of modern drugs and surgeries.” All the schools that taught naturals were forced by public pressure to close their doors. The Pharmaceuticals then gave money to the borderline schools to start classes in “pill pushing.” Today, one of the biggest donors to medical schools is still the pharmaceutical industry and no medical school teaches anything about herbs, few even offer nutrition and at those it is an elective (optional) course. Your doctor has not been taught anything but pills and surgeries (which require medicines to perform).

Then the Pharmaceuticals sponsored the formation of the AMA (doctor’s union) and the FDA. In addition to standard union behavior, the AMA functions by deciding what is “proper” protocol for a doctor to follow in every case. If a doctor does not follow protocol they can loose their license and will loose any lawsuits brought against them. If they try to practice without a license they will be arrested. So all doctors must follow “protocol,” whether they want to or not, which is set by the AMA which is paid for, (through school donations and direct contributions), by the Pharmaceuticals.

The FDA was set up to “protect” the consumer- supposedly. However, its formation was paid for by Pharmaceuticals and its funding today comes from two sources: government taxes and fees paid by Pharmaceuticals to get products approved. How does the government know what to tell the FDA to do? Why the AMA tells our congressmen what is right, of course.

Add to this, a law was passed, at the insistence of the FDA, that “only medicine and surgeries cure disease.” So if you claim something cures disease that the FDA has not approved of as a disease-curing medicine, you go to jail for committing fraud. To show how ridicules this is; scurvy is a vitamin c deficiency disease. EVERYONE knows that. However if I own a big orchard and advertise that my oranges will cure scurvy, the FDA can (and will if I am too public and profitable) arrest me for committing fraud and practicing medicine without a license. Why doesn’t the FDA just recognize that oranges cure scurvy? Because no one has paid for a study to be done to show that they will. Why not? Because you can’t patent oranges and so no one can make a multi-million dollar profit off of selling them.

The final blow to natural methods of healing? All businesses must supply their full time employees with health insurance. All health insurances decide what they will pay for and what they won’t. Who sits on the committees making these decisions? AMA doctors.

So here we are today; our employers must buy us insurance which only allows us to see (big pharmaceutical supported) AMA doctors who are taught in schools paid for by big pharmaceutical companies. If you doctor dares to do anything not approved by the (big pharmaceutical supported) AMA he looses his license and risks jail and bankruptcy. And your employer can’t pay you enough to pay you own bills because he has to buy (big pharmaceutical supported) AMA governed insurance. It is a great big tree whose roots come right back to Big Pharmaceuticals every time.

Let’s take a woman in our church as an example. There is a good chance that a Kinesiologist in Tahoe could have cured her wrist problems with a few sessions of manipulation. But instead of paying her more money, her company has to spend $700-1000 per month to buy her health insurance. So she can’t afford the $200-400 it would cost to go to the Kinesiologist. But the insurance company would pay (I am guessing $5000 or more?) for surgery, so she had surgery. Now she is having more problems, probably side affects of the surgery. So she will either have to take pain medicine (made by a pharmaceutical company) for the rest of her life or have more surgery (requiring anesthesiology, pain killers, disinfectants, etc all made by Big Pharm.). Instead of her being well, she is now in chronic pain, possibly for life, while the Pharmaceuticals make thousands of dollars off of her treatments.

Let’s take another example: (I will CAPATILIZE every pharmaceutical profit) Mr. and Mrs. Smith are going to have a baby. They don’t have a lot of money but his work does provide health insurance (at $1000+or – per month). They check it out and the insurance won’t pay for a midwife (European countries use midwives for 80% of births and lose half as many moms and a third as many babies by percentage), only a DOCTOR (remember it is Pharmaceutical sponsored, AMA doctors on the committee that decides what gets paid for). So that is where they go to have their baby. AMA protocol says the doctor must badger tell her to take many pre-natal TESTS (using Pharmaceutical products). Midwives don’t have any tests done unless they see a real need for them. Some of the tests come back iffy requiring more TESTS. If something shows up to likely be wrong, the doctor has been trained to encourage her to ABORT (aborted babies are used by the Pharmaceuticals for testing), never mind the thousands of babies with “definite birth defects” that are born perfectly healthy every year nor the millions of infertile couples who can’t adopt because there just aren’t enough babies, even handicapped ones. The Smith’s second round of tests are normal, however, so they proceed to the due date. When they get close to the due date, the doctor talks them into inducing (standard protocol) using PITOCIN (an artificial hormone.) The induction hurts more than natural labor so she begs for PAIN KILLER. The painkiller causes labor to slow down so they give her a more powerful drug, CYTOTEC, to push things along. She gets close to the time limit set by the hospital lawyers for how long a woman can labor without danger of loosing lawsuits so the doctor ups the MEDS. The baby shows distress (caused by the meds of course) so they rush her to surgery, give her an EPIDURAL, and do a C-SECTION (1/3 of babies in the US are born by c-section). The baby is born in distress and not breathing (epi drugs slow baby breathing) so the give him STIMULANT DRUGS to get him started. He starts breathing and everything is ok but they will put him in NICU for observation (standard protocol for a distressed baby). Because of the separation this causes, he never really gets the hang of nursing so he is put on FORMULA. The law requires him to be injected with VITAMIN K and a couple of VACCINES plus have ANTIBIOTICS put in his eyes. The VACCINES are to continue every two months at four SHOTS or more per visit (way way more than Europe requires). Mom gets an infection from the surgery and needs ANTIBIOTICS to get over it. Several months later everyone is healthy and mom is so glad they had baby in the hospital because “they saved his life.” All future babies will be delivered by C-SECTIONS because hospitals won’t allow vaginal births after c-sections anymore due to too many uterine ruptures caused by CYTOTEC.

(For comparison- a couple gets pregnant and comes up with the money for a midwife. The midwife only orders those tests she feels are necessary for this couple; all of them for some and none for others (most). They wait until mommy’s body goes into labor by itself, stay home where infections are less likely, use natural methods of pain relief (such as showers, tubs, different positions, etc.), and deliver the baby without instruments of any kind except a midwives or hubby’s clean hands. Baby is put to the breast immediately, making breast feeding much more likely to succeed as well as releasing all natural hormones in the mommy that prevent excessive bleeding. Because the birth is so much gentler, there are no tears. The midwife makes sure the parents know they have the right to refuse any vaccines they want to and since this is a monogamous couple, they don’t bother with the anti-biotic in the eyes (to prevent blindness due to venereal disease). They watch baby very closely to make sure he doesn’t need the Vit K shot instead of giving it to him no matter what. In all, this type of birth may actually bring no money whatsoever to Big Pharmaceuticals. It will almost assuredly bring far less than the norm.)

Solutions:
Socialization- This would complete the monopoly. All decisions would be made, directly or indirectly, by the Pharmaceutical industry. Natural remedies and actually cures will NOT be allowed as they bring no profit. The only way to counter this would be to have the government take control of the whole industry. Government control removes the profet incentive to keep prices down so we would eventuall be in worse condition than we are now. Eventually some alternative practitioners, such as midwives, might be allowed because they are cheaper and often more effective, but they would be under the thumb of the AMA.

Outlaw insurance- Businesses could give that extra money to their employees (and would have to or risk losing them to businesses that do). The employees could take that money to midwives, herbalists, chiropractors, naturopaths, reflexologies, etc. to get the treatment they need. In some cases they could simply plant their own garden to grow their own “medicine” (dandelion, purple cone flower, plantain, garlic, alfalfa, oat straw, etc.) Big medicine could no longer make obscene profits. They would have to lower their prices. The AMA would have to allow a wider protocol or their doctors would go out of business. Hospitals would have to charge less and relax their rules or lose customers to “sanitariums,” (alternate places of healing focusing on more natural methods.)

Change the laws regarding drug approval- definitely needed, though this is a hard one to accomplish. It should not be illegal to tell someone and orange a day would cure scurvy.

Put caps on law suits- again, needed. A big reason for many of the laws and polices in the medical industry is fear of bankrupting lawsuits. Many good doctors would fight the status quo if they could afford to take the chance.

Encourage people to save money to pay for their own health care- This can be accomplished by providing tax-free medical savings accounts. Individuals can save money for a “rainy day.” If we allow employers to contribute to these accounts instead of buying insurance, we begin to wean ourselves off of insurance dependence. If we allow a certain amount to be withdrawn tax-free after a certain amount of time (say, the amount you save for one year), we encourage people to be frugal and find the best deals with their healthcare and we reward them for being healthy.

In short; get rid of the pharmaceutical monopoly and you get rid of the price gouging. Follow that with lawsuit caps, lowering malpractice insurance costs. Everyone could afford to pay their own bills again, especially if they could save the money to do so tax-free.

Homeschool

It is no secret I believe in homeschooling. After all I wrote a book about it and my main email has the domain homeschoolwwh.com. I believe how our children are educated is a fundamental religious exercise. There is no such thing as a “neutral” education.


The public schools are actively teaching atheism/secular humanism and relativism. Christian children DO NOT BELONG in atheist schools anymore than they belong in Islamic or Buddhist schools.

I know not everyone has the option for private education. Single parents are pretty strapped, as are those with one spouse too ill to educate and not enough money to afford private school (though there are some very cheap ones out there). This is a tremendous curse on the modern American church. The churches should be taking care of the education of these children whose parents can’t. THAT IS THEIR JOB! To spend money on all sorts of outreach programs while letting the children in their congregation be indoctrinated into atheism is the height of hypocrisy! Not to mention shortsighted stupidity. Proof? 85% of children raised in Christian homes become atheists by the time they are twenty. What happened to “Train up a child in the way he should go and when he is old he will not depart from it” ? The fact is these children are being trained to be atheists 6 hours per day, 5 days per week (plus any hours spent in front of the TV.) Two hours of Sunday School is simply not enough to undo the damage.

Obama’s laws

Our new president has passed laws to use my money to pay for women to have their babies sliced and diced out of their wombs and is working on passing laws that will remove our freedoms of speech and religion.

I hope this wakes up the Christian community. We American Christians have been saying we believe God and follow the Bible while ignoring its plain commands in order to pursue higher standards of living. The church always grows with persecution. Many have been praying for a revival in the US. This may be God’s means of bringing it. Yes, I believe we are in for at least a low level of persecution. Christians, we must humble ourselves before God, beg His forgiveness, and devour our Bibles finding His will in EVERY area of our lives.


“That innocent blood be not shed in thy land, which the LORD thy God gives thee for an inheritance, and so blood be upon thee. But if any man hate his neighbor (Jesus said everyone is our neighbor. Those who pass laws legalizing abortion, and those who elect them, are as guilty as the abortionist of shedding innocent blood.

A Sticky Wicket

Most Christians are against abortion calling the intentional ending of a pregnancy murder. At the same time most Christians see no problem with using birth-control, especially the Pill. Now with the morning after pill widely available, we find ourselves in a very “sticky wicket.” You see, there is a definite contradiction here.

This all comes down to the question “When does life begin?” Christians and doctors alike defined “life’s start” to be conception- the moment the egg and sperm join to form one, unique being. That is, they did until 1965.

“In 1965, American College of Gynecologists, a long-standing supporter of abortion and family planning, issued a medical bulletin that sought to change the accepted definition of “conception” from union of sperm and egg to implantation: "Conception is the implantation of a fertilized ovum [egg]." Why is this significant? You see, the Pill and all other hormonal “birth-controls” act by preventing ovulation AND by preventing implantation (Actually, some only prevent implantation.) This means that the doctor’s union ruled that life no longer began at conception, but at implantation and so birth-control is not abortion and not murder. And the Christian response? “Give me my Pill!” They bought it! Hook, Line and Sinker. Oh most Christians don’t know the Pill prevents implantation. They don’t bother to read the papers inserted in EVERY prescription of pills stating this. But the church hasn’t made any effort to warn them.

And now here we are. You can take a Pill every day to make sure you either don’t ovulate or, if you do, that the fertilized egg (baby) doesn’t implant. Or you can go to the pharmacy and get a pill you take the morning after having “unprotected” sex and it will make sure your baby can’t implant. Or you can go to an abortionist and get a pill that will un-implant the baby. Where do we draw the line? When does it become murder? Honest Plea here! Explain how The Pill is NOT murder but RU286 is. THEY DO THE SAME THING! And if the Morning After Pill is OK, then why isn’t an early abortion OK? And if an early abortion is OK, why not a late abortion? Or what is called a “post-natal” abortion (the leaving of a Live Born baby to die just because his mommy doesn’t want him)? Why isn’t infanticide OK?

And the supposed decline in abortions in the recent years is not due to fewer women killing their babies but to them killing them sooner in the privacy of their own home with the Morning After Pill or RU486.

Children’s Rights

No one is in favor of children being abused. That is a given. But there is a move today acting in the name of stopping abuse that is VERY dangerous to all citizens and especially to the children it says it is trying to help. This movement is made up of people who believe that the government knows better than parents how to raise a child. The attack on parental rights is escalating everyday. this not only removes mom and dad’s rights to raise their child, it puts the child at risk of having no guidance from their parents, of being no more than another number in the state.

This move is reaching its peak in the effort to ratify the The UN Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC). This international treaty was written during the Clinton administration and the Clintons are in fact in favor of ratifying this treaty (Mrs. Clinton fought for a child to have the right to divorce his parents when she was practicing law.) congress at that time refuse to ratify UNCRC. But now we have a new president and a new congress that are in favor of more government control of our lives and the call to ratify has been renewed.

“Under the UNCRC, instead of following due process, government agencies would have the power to override your parental choices at their whim because they determine what is in "the best interest of the child."

In essence, the UNCRC applies the legal status of abusive parents to all parents. Since several countries have ratified, we know what would happen here. This treaty would:

• Assume all parents are abusers until they prove otherwise. (the opposite of what our Constitution says. And how exactly does ANYONE PROVE they are a good parent?)
• Allow government agencies to override parental decisions on discipline and child rearing. (Case history tells us that the courts can and do tell parents they can’t ground or in anyway punish a child for using drugs or extramarital sex.)
• Guarantee children a certain amount of media exposure. The amount is to be determined by a judge or social worker. For example, if a teen boy wants to watch porn on the computer, his parents will have NO RIGHT to tell him “no.” I limit my children’s exposure to media of all types because my research says most media sources kill brain cells and cause obesity (not even counting the mental and spiritual issues). I would be forced under this law to provide my children with a certain amount of TV- against my better knowledge of what is good for my children’s health.
• Outlaw spanking (spanking done properly is a very valuable tool advocated in the Bible).
• Outlaw homeschooling (unless the child wants to be homeschooled and then it’s only iffy.)
• Outlaw making your child go to church (If you don’t have the freedom to teach your child your religion, do you have the freedom of religion AT ALL?).
• Make international law more powerful than United States Law (There goes YOUR protection of freedoms and rights, whether you have children or not)

This treaty does not keep people from beating their children. It doesn’t keep them from cussing them out. It only undermines the power of a loving parent to guide their children in the way they believe God wants them to.

Children are children and need guidance. Government officials do not know each child and do not know what each child needs. Only a loving parent does.
