Imagine for a moment that, (if you work for the school system in any way), you are offered a job paying exactly what you earn now.
Now imagine that the Supreme Court came to its senses and declared that public school was unconstitutional (which it is).
All Public schools will be closed, completely unavailable come January 1st!
What happens to your children? Will they really not receive any more education from that point on?
Or would you, as a loving, competent parent, find something, somewhere, somehow to educate your Babies?
If, under the imaginary circumstances above, you could privately educate your child, why can't you now?
Because you see public school as a viable option.
The fact is, until you no longer see government schools as an option, you won't be able to afford private education in any form.
My Hubby and I decided when our oldest was a toddler that our children would always have a God-infused education, making government school simply not an option. Living in the richest, free-est country the world has ever seen, and being servants of our God, we could do no less. Yes, this has required sacrifice. We live under the poverty level and struggle from paycheck to paycheck. But now that we have two grown children we can see that it has very much been worth it. They are strong warriors for our King and have never been through rebellion. All of our younger children are following in their path, too.
Obedience is worth the sacrifice. Our children deserve a godly education.
And Our King deserves our children.

Thank you so much for commenting! I love to talk to my readers.
I do ask that there be no anonymous commenters, though. If I am brave enough to put my name on this blog, you should be too:-)
Please keep it civil. Remember we are all human and make mistakes, and that since we can't see each other's faces or hear each other's tone of voice, it is very hard to get the emotion in what we are saying each other. Use lots of emoticons! :-) And show grace and love to each other.
