It has never made sense to me that a substance so much an integral part of the human diet for all of our history could suddenly be making people sick.
Celiac has to be either somthing has changed with the wheat or with us.
The wheat is now nearly all GMO.
We have much less vitamins in our diets.
I could go either way.
